My home industry, Sugar Mommeez has been catering for celebration
cakes for the last 5 years. I have decided to branch out into supplying
top quality home made biscotti, sweets such as peanut brittle and other
related confections. I do not use any preservatives, colourants or
essences. When making use of eggs, I only use free range eggs. No
margarine is used in the production of my products, only butter. I
source my ingredients from local suppliers and quality and hygiene is my
top priority.
I trained at Silwood Kitchens in 1993 and 1994. My baking follows the classic Cordon Bleu method and so can be considered good, old fashioned produce.
